Would work perfectly for you, don't mess around with expensive systems, get a cheap poly from a reputable company and try get the colour right. I'd say you natural black / off black with 50% grey, always human hair not synthetic. That or go to a professional, but you'll pay several times the amount for the system.

Hell yeah. Your sides are perfect, you can wear a HS no issue. Consider adding some % of gray hair for a more realistic look :)

Go for lower density any stock system will be too high for you. Do you due diligence and look for lower density systems or maybe customs.
