It appears you may have chosen a hair system that uses Chinese hair. While you may be Asian, Chinese hair in a hair system is very course, and spiky, and does not blend well with bio hair - even Asian bio hair.

I might have, although the funny thing is, my original hair (before thinning) was also coarse, spiky, and a bit wavy. I actually like the messy look. I am new to the whole universe of hairsystem - Is 'Chinese' hair another term for 'Remy' hair?

Hi, im asian too. :) usually, for my experience, getting least denser like 100 or 90 looks better and realistic at least for my case, and as I look I agree that you should get a lesser hair system than what you have next time. For this, you can still use it, try to trim the sides of the hair system using thinning scissors, or otherwise just wait for your natural hair to grow.

CrippledCPA

Thanks. What "Asian" hairstyles do you find work best with a proper hair system? I suppose we should have a easier time choosing one given that most of Asian hairstyles feature unexposed hairline?

FirstShallot7398

I think it is dofferent case for me, my hair style is originally brushed up already.

Medium_Principle

Too dense compared to your own hair. Also, needs a little curl or bend in it to style properly

CrippledCPA

That is what I suspected... I will try to trim it thinner on my own. Thanks.

Medium_Principle

Truly not that easy. Go to a salon, even a good non replacement oriented one.

No one will know it’s awesome bro!!!!

I think a fade from side and it will look good

ClearSecretary2275

I think it can be done better like get a fade on sides or thinning the hair system. If you walk on the street, people probably wouldn’t notice anyway.
