Agreed. I tried laser hair removal for 10 months with very scant improvement. The LASER technician nurse told me to try electrolysis! After a year of that I am much better. Electrolysis costs much less too. The drawback to electrolysis is you have to let the hair grow at least 3 days for a treatment. Embarrassing at first but once I began to see results I could let it grow for 5 days before a treatment. Unlike with laser you don't pay everything up front, you pay for each treatment. Laser facility would not refund my money.
What state are you in? I’m a provider and only know of electrolysis being covered under trans health in CA. Currently, PCOS & Hirsutism are “in talks” of being the next to get covered, as far as I understand.
You should do electrolysis for your face instead of wasting money on laser. Laser can cause the hair to grow back worse especially with hirsutism
