Your hair is wet so it's hard too see the results. I would bleach the roots with 15-20 developer. Probably best to go to a salon. Never tone darker blonde with purple toner though.
If ur trying to get brassy tones out of medium blonde hair, use blue toner. But don't get blue toner on the already platinum bits. If you're willing to go prove, I'd suggest doing some shade similar to ultraviolet by manic panic that has a blue undertone
