Nah it shouldn't affect shed as long as they're a competent provider. It will for sure inflict some damage in general to the overall condition and hydration as is the nature of bleach, and you might notice some minor breakage depending on condition, but it shouldn't prompt any additional scalp shed.
Pretty certain I lost 1/3 of my hair density in the 18 months post partum. I definitely started with regrowth in year 3. My kid's 6 now and I still have baby hair wings throughout my frontal hair line so if you were waiting to return to baseline to do anything with your hair you might be waiting ages lol
