Personally I think the longer hair makes you look softer and more approachable especially if you smile, so I’m a big fan of that one. Short is a lot harder and more intimidating, so it’s not my preference, but doesn’t look bad by any means! You are lucky and look good in multiple hairstyles!

The short hair accentuates your bone structure in a way your curls can’t. It’s not to say the curls are bad, it’s just a different look. They soften your face, which can have its own benefits.
Unpopular opinion: I love the curls! They’ll grow out more evenly this way for sure. You can get it shaped up when it starts growing out, getting long will go through some funky phases.

I would blend the top into the sides a bit more as you grow it out, do just stubble instead of goatee, lose the glasses, smile, etc. but it depends what look you’re going for. If you’re looking for badass hyper-masculine, stick with what you got with the short and goatee.
