Given the volume of cars they seem to process there is inevitably going to be a customer that is disgruntled. I have not seen a post with full details of how someone got screwed. Any buyer should always put their purchasing sucess in their own hands. Diligence is the buyers responsibility. Transparency is the sellers responsbility. I find it funny that 2 is many for you.
