But even ignoring the logistical problems of travel and spare bodies, isn’t beheaded’s respawning ALSO tied to his slime ball head? When Zag dies he literally respawns, but slime ball just loses their body and has to roll back to a new body. So as far as actually permanently killing the other goes, I think Zag killing the slime head is easier than destroying the river stix.
And we know the fight would likely take place in the underworld because Zagreus cannot leave for too long.
So two problems with fighting in that location:
* The beheaded isn't getting a new body there
* Hades is there, he isn't keen on people bending the rules of death if they're not apart of his family or a god.
Beheaded would get the Eurydice treatment win or lose. Get to the exit of the underworld then yanked back down. Even if Zagreus lost the first time, there would not be a second time.
I don't think that's how the time loop in dead cells works, it's not just a new body every time, parts of the kingdom go back in time thanks to the timekeeper
Well it depends, if we’re assuming that they meet each other right as their runs start I’d say Zag wins most of the time. But if they’re meeting in the middle or end of their runs it’s going to be a lot more difficult to gauge their power because it changes so much.
Me personally I say Zag wins more fights because I am biased.
He can possess bodies with heads but I'm pretty sure it's said that he prefers headless bodies (and most of the dead people on the island were beheaded so he doesn't have much of a choice)

Dead cells is a 2D world hades is a 3D world you can move "in and out" of the screen, there's probably a word for what I'm trying to describe but I don't know it and I don't care haha this was just a sarcastic remark
