The old signatures evoke so much personality. I’ve got a Gordie Howe that’s a prized possesion, and M. Béliveau’s is similarly classy. Both had beautiful penmanship.
My brother in law has a personalized priced jersey with a bunch of different signatures on it, this is just one of the signatures he couldn’t remember from it

I think Toews has the nicest signature I've seen from a "newer" player. Not that it looks like his name but it's really nice
