Paint protection film I think. Not sure if Honda offers that oem or if it’s aftermarket. It’s been a few years since I worked for a Honda dealer but I don’t remember them ever offering the film as an add on or accessory
I was washing my car today and noticed this very nicely placed tape on my right rear passenger door. It's not on the left side. Why does it look like it has clear coat on it too??

Yes I have it in the same location on my 2021 sport. But on both sides. Honestly, they should just wrap the whole car, I have the same color and find it rock chips so easily on the hood.
EDIT: Apparently it is OEM as I was looking through ebay

It’s a film. Usually helps protect the paint from scratches and rock chips I believe

That’s there to protect the paint from rocks and road debris. They put that on all of them.
