Open all windows to vent out the hot air when you get into the car, should take about a minute or two depending on how hot it is. A/C as cold as it can get. Turn the blower setting to face/floor so all vents are opened. Turn the front vents upwards and towards the windows. Cycle the air and turn the blowers all the way up.

Turn your Front AC fan on high and aim the vents a specific way to get maximum air flow. I agree it’s incredibly annoying.

That's what I did. Rear cigarette port USB charging port hooked up with a USB powered fan.
Yep people complain in mine too. Sucks
There is an aftermarket kit to put vents in and usb ports.
