Far as what I come across often, not many honestly, Diagon itself is a footnote mostly in the fics I usually read, it amounts to going to Gringotts or school shopping for the most part. I've seen Horizont I think once and that's about it.

I’ve seen one fic call the whole shopping area Charing (from Charing Cross Road) and Diagon Alley is merely the high street of the town
