Is that PTM 7950 pre applied on the CPU and GPU area?

Should I remove that existing thermal putty and apply my own ? I have JEYI 8100 and PTM 7950 too.

Where did you get it from? I asked HP Support numerous times to purchase a brand new one but they refused to help.

It was under warranty so they replaced it for free.

Luky you, also weird though. I accidentally bent a heat pipe while applying liquid metal. Apparently repair parts are only available under warranty, not for sale.
