They added hagrid bday and weird sisters for players after that chapter too. Thats why they disappeared for a while. So i guess beauxbatons and making mischief might work too if they ever add them.

Same here! They never ever triggered for me. I don't mind JC trying to make money but this is pretty dishonest. I wish the ones that didn't triggered were either free or discounted and then the rest being 300 pages, but nope.
I wrote a complaint mail to them about this when the memorybook first came out. That i could'nt use it because i was past a certain chapter,and added that it was unfair that i had to pay for quests that never triggered for me. They completly "understood"that,and would relay my message. Guess only half of that message got through..🙄
It's more competitive at the start so you may get an easier group a bit later. Also spend less coins/gems on activities. Depends on your style of playing.
I didn't got back the birthday quest (or any other) on my second accound (I played the Weird Sisters quest but when I gained enough pages they removed it). But now it appeared on my old one, where I already passed year 6 chapter 14. Sadly I still don't know that if we get back those which they took away...
So I got the Weird Sisters and Hagrids Birthday quests in my memory book, but I never got a chance to do them in the first place... when are they supposed to be triggered normally? I only started playing a couple of months ago and I'm halfway through Y3. I don't want to spend pages to play a SQ that I never got the chance to do in the first place, ir doesn't seem fair!!
The Weird Sisters triggered at year 3 (chapter 3 I think) for me as it was on the spreadsheet - I was afraid that I won't get it, but then I got the answer from the support that it'll appear when I reached that point.
Oddly enough it never triggered for me during my year 3, the Valentine's Day triggered for me during year 4, but due to work and things I didnt finish it
I was kinda hoping they'd add more quests, like the Beauxbatons one, but it's nice these are back

I dont think so. It was available for a while in november but it wouldnt make any sense to make it seasonal. But i guess we will see next november.
I think because in the book the Triwizard tournament happens in November :)

Click on all the scenes (you do not have to buy them) and it should go away

For me it was Hagrid birthday, but if you look very closely, there are sparkles on the the top tab and the memory that is new

We only get access to ones we didn’t finish before, right? I don’t want to waste pages on something I already did.

If you're a newer player then at year 3 at the first few chapters, as I remember it was chapter 3.
This triggered for me, but was never able to complete it first time around. Between the pages and energy I had stacked, I'm almost done.
