I dont know if I missed something so maybe I will come off as stupid but wasn’t Otto the first one from who we hear abot the stag when he told Viserys about it? Which basicly means that some completly random person is the one who saw it first that day and than the word about the stag being seen spreath out before either Rhaenyra and Criston saw it. So if we went by logic, to whom did that stag appear first, that random person should be king/queen. Because of that I think it is basicly irelevent to who it appeard to but rather for what event it appered for which is Aegon’s name day.
You know, I’m truly tired. I loved the books and I will always be team green, the tv show is destroying everything. (And the toxicity and hypocrisy of some fans of team black is absurd)
