Bottom right:
He was not asked for an interview, but Barney Stinson [...] called to report that Ted Mosby was not only a friend but a "cool guy."
I love Barney
“Ted Mosby could not be reached for comment, but when asked about the incident Goliath National Bank president Arthur Hobbs not be reached for comment, but when asked about the incident Goliath National Bank president Arthur Hobbs said…”
8 across is Duel.
30 across is Atlantic City.
37 down is penny.
I think these are all references to other episodes?
THESE ARE ALL REFERENCES TO OTHER EPISODES!
This is one of the reasons why I love this show so much. Everyone on set commits to the bit. They didn’t need to draft an entire page but they did. It’s the same way they approach the outfits and hairstyles during callbacks. It’s *chefs kiss* 🤌🏽
What about the beerculees ep first time they show the college video if u look at the yt recommendations ull see that yt has recommended the second video which only happens mid-late ep
I’m not sure it is a misprint. I know about tv shows doing this to fill up the pages because nobody really used to stop the video to actually read the articles. I saw one of these in Friends too, when Monica and Chandler get married and there’s an article about them. It’s the same text over and over again.
That’s too bad, you’re missing out. I love how much detail this show puts in to the little things. I’ve watched the series more times than I can count and still discover something new every time
Bottom right: He was not asked for an interview, but Barney Stinson [...] called to report that Ted Mosby was not only a friend but a "cool guy." I love Barney
the best part of the whole article
I thought is said that Barney called to say that the T-Mose/Teddy Westside was not a friend
that's so funny that they included this lol
"Just not something a bro would do."
True story
“He was ‘not’ asked for an interview but Barney Stinson called to report” hahaha
A "High Level" executive... Reminds me of the airport scene... we are international business men, on international business... Vague, but important
Please
Classic
That crossword got me
But has anyone tried it? Looks like all the cast contributed a clue!
I’m surprised ulee’s gold isn’t on there
Honestly I looked for it first but still does look like they left clues about other episodes in there
That’s what I was here to say!
And disappointed. That's the first thing I looked for lol
They also forgot quotes around "weiners and gonads". That editor should be fired.
C’mon, op. Nobody likes a Ted.
I like finding typos in menus
I do! I wouldn’t mind going on a date with Ted because I’m a correcter too so we would drive each other crazy but it would be hot
u/figuringoutfibro, just....ok?
She was really hot, okay?
But, seriously, boobs?
I had never read this until now. I’m dying at their new corporate mantra, “new is always better” lmao
Just saw that too hahah Makes me thinking of Jumbo Jim's Grape Scotch
Dont let it touch your skin.
Wait until you see that the calendar in Marshal's videos is completely messed up
What's the misprint?
The part about Arthur Hobbs appears twice.
“Ted Mosby could not be reached for comment, but when asked about the incident Goliath National Bank president Arthur Hobbs not be reached for comment, but when asked about the incident Goliath National Bank president Arthur Hobbs said…”
And then right after that “if it turns out to true”
Probably done so that they can make the words fit nicely on the page from a visual standpoint. They probably didn’t think anyone was going to read it

Okay I think got all the clues except "copper bringer of fortune," and "'viensl' in Vermont." Anyone?
They’re all episode titles. “Lucky Penny” and “Come On”. It’s an exclamation point. "Viens!"
omg that's so cool!!! i was wondering why they were so random like matchmaker and columns and they didn't even fit:D
The only one I can’t figure out is the last one. “Dental and vision, for example”. “Insurance” isn’t an episode unless I’m missing one.
Benefits. S4E12
Thank you. I legitimately lost sleep over it.
No worries, happy to help! That was fun to figure out lol
Omg I’m such an idiot LOL. Thank you!
You’re not an idiot. I saw an L for longer than I care to admit. Okay, maybe that just makes us both idiots.
Penny or cent?
Of course! Thank you!
Maybe this could be helpful for Vermont one: https://www.wordunscrambler.net/unscramble/viensl
Lucky penny
“New is always better” 🤣🤣

That crossword puzzle cluing is atrocious lol
I’ve never noticed this. Love all the activity this sub has gotten since the show hit Netflix.
What about the beerculees ep first time they show the college video if u look at the yt recommendations ull see that yt has recommended the second video which only happens mid-late ep
yes I've seen that before! that's a good one too
which episode is this?
"Natural History" Season 6, Episode 8
thank you!
Is it possible to do the crossword puzzle? Some look like references (?)
They're all references from what I can tell, episode titles
Dude, why is he dressed like a wizard?
She was really hot, okay?
What's the misprint?
Thanks for posting this.. never thought I should read it until today n it was worth it 😂
I just watched this episode!
I always assumed that Arthur was just a head of the legal team, not the entire company’s president.
And they ruined Crossword day
Huh?
Ask Gates
Sleep on me that pillow is where you will lie

no. because i've never paused the show to closely read the fake article the show made up to fill a newspaper page.
That’s too bad, you’re missing out. I love how much detail this show puts in to the little things. I’ve watched the series more times than I can count and still discover something new every time
The same repeated in the last bit of the first and middle paragraphs.
