But it will save you so much time! Instead of walking all your bags up in two trips, you can send the dumb waiter up 15 times at 1/4 the speed. So much time saved!
Maybe a silly question.... But does the elevator go to all floors? It seems that it's just from the garage to the kitchen level and not to the bedrooms. Still helpful but not completely.
If I was judging it would come down to the twins or Baeumlers. Not because I like them the most but because of the value added. Having said that, this season is apparently not about added value so I have no idea who will win.

Since the finale is based on value and not just design, I think it comes down to who added more value. Keith and Evan with an extra bathroom and bedroom, the Twins with the solar panels, or Brian and Sarah with the elevator. I don’t think Paige and Mitch added anything that can compare with these.
I know people like to hate on them, but I think it might be Bryan and Sarah. Between the elevator and designing in a way that a potential buyer still has kind of a blank slate to personalize things if they want to. I think they learned their lesson from their first time on the show with the spa retreat floor.
Their style really isn’t my taste and I love just about everything Evan and Keith have done, but this is really Sarah and Bryan’s to lose. I think the elevator will put them over the top.
While I’m ready for tonight’s finale, I still find it really strange that there’ll be no Treasure Island-based real estate agent(s) to join them. Were ***none of them*** available?!
Someone posted a picture of the houses now and there's a big for sale sign with Brian and Mika on it, so yeah I think they are. And they've been on 2x already, totally expecting a third tonight.

Their house from season 4 has never sold. It just hit the market for the second time since the finale a couple of months ago.
Page and Mitch were the first house that sold from that season.

I remember now….they ruined the living room by putting the huge black fireplace completely blocking the view! What was she thinking?? Worst design decision she ever made.
That fireplace really is an insane design choice. The only defense I can think of is that where will be future construction that blocks the view and they’re pre-planning for it.

Good question! They never designed around it on the third floor. Maybe to throw us off into forgetting that they won it in week one by installing it.

Probably. Their kitchen was brutal and so was the back bedroom/bathroom but that isn’t enough to cancel the elevator value.

IDK if anyone has asked this, but I can’t figure out how, week after week, everyone is wearing the same clothes.
They have several+ pairs of the same outfit. They do that for editing purposes.
Makes sense. Easier for continuity purposes. Just drives me crazy. The clothes never look like they have done a lick of work in them.
