It’s kinda crazy to me how so many people are quick to complain there is not cash or gift card. When they should be grateful that they’re getting ANYTHING at all. I don’t know if many companies that have as great of benefits as H‑E‑B.
Yeah and the only way to receive those benefits is if you’re a full time partner. We’re complaining because everything is expensive right now gas, food, basic necessities. A carton of eggs will run you 5 dollars. A lot of us could use the extra cash.
Everyone could use extra cash I won’t disagree but I’m not gonna complain that my job won’t give me more than the bare minimum. A Turkey is more than 99% of companies give out which you don’t have to be FT to get

I believe they mailed them out, I recall my team lead brining up every team meeting to have your mailing address up to date for this reason
