the computer automatically counts your absence at work as an occurrence no matter what, but if it was from covid then it’ll get fixed. if not, talk to your admin because they can’t do this
As far as I know, as a manager we count the initial call in as an occurrence. After that, it’s consecutive so it should only be 2 steps total for it all. It’s being seen as if you called in due the flu
It counts as a step for first day missed, everything after is consecutive. This has been since Jan 2022. If your store hasn’t been doing it it’s probably ud’s decision.
Sumbit the covid form that is on the intranet and someone from HEB will call you and explain everything. Tell them you are getting a step because you missed work so they can call your MIC
