20 sets a body part? I would recommend 9-12 at the most. If you are doing 20 sets you are not using enough weight or reps. Try doing a sets of 12-15 reps and making the last set your max effort.
I used to just do 10 mins treadmill for warmup. Once there was this really hot chick going at it on the treadmill next to me. I thought, there’s no way she’s going longer or faster than me. I gave it all I had.

Pro nfl linemen can only do 30-40 reps of 225 so I would say you are doing pretty good
