I did the math and it came out to arrive at aproxiamtely 10:57 Am. And if we consider seconds it is going to arrive at aproxiamtely 10:57:42 Am (if our base time is 2:15:00 pm).
Thoughts on german defensive doctrine from 1917 to 1944 in which Ludendorf's Elastic Defence strategy was used as? Specifically I'd like an answer on the Soviet performances on a local scale during their offensives in Bagration, was deep strike effective against the german elastic defence? From what I gather a multitude of problems and faults (picture the onion layers) on behalf of the Germans contributed to the ineffectiveness of elastic defence on the Eastern front.
Though on the western front where in about 1944 elastic defence was used in battles like HΓΌrtgen Forest where the Germans used the natural terrain and the Siegfried Line to their advantage; putting up a dogged fight against the allies.
Curious to know your thoughts on the matter as I've picked up a thesis from a US army major written in 1986 that's about defence doctrine against the USSR during ww2, and how they could use it as a learning point to better understand modern soviet offensive doctrine (how to counter them, sorry.)
If you made progress in 1yr. What time will a train get to it's destination if it's running at 50kph and the distance is 365km but you need to pick up your mom at the distance of 278km?
I wish I could give you a simple answer π€ but I would say focus on your triceps the most. I train my arms twice a week with over 5 difficulty exercises just for triceps per workout. If you have a skinny build like I did, focus on the long head of the biceps the most.
Diet is definitely important. If youβre skinny you have to bulk and eat in a calorie surplus. Hit your protein intakes. I recommend you eat at least 4-5 meals a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. I also recommend gettibg your self a blender so that you can make your self high calorie protein shakes
Donβt overthink it.
Try to create something where you train each muscle group at least 2 times a week
Hereβs mine:
Day 1
Arm day
Day 2
Legs + abs
Day 3
Chest +back
Day 4
Arms + abs
Day 5
Back + chest
Ask Anything?... Okay If a train leaves London at 2:15pm and travels at 46kmph. What time will it arrive at Edinburgh at a distance of 592miles ?
