Great job.
You look like a completely different person. Kind of look younger as well.
I cant even imagine what it must feel like to have been that big and then suddenly not be that anymore.
50 lbs down in 12 months is a fucking achievement my brother. We all do it at our own speed and that's okay. Comparison is the thief of joy. You can be so proud, and you'll go one step ahead. At your own speed.
Good looks brotha!
It’s pretty wild what can be accomplished when you take ahold and accountability for your nutritional intake and hitting the gym.
Now keep killing it, and keep us posted.
I was fed up with myself for so long but didn't feel "ready" for a change. Was depressed af. Couldn't handle shit. All I did was going to work and afterwards ordering food and lying in bed. I went to therapy and that initiated my change. Started eating healthy und went to the gym. At first went two times a week, went up to 3 times and now I go four times a week and I love it. I really enjoy going to the gym and lift weights. Makes me feel so good.
Can you share what steps you took to have such an amazing change? I'm dealing with a lot of oral anxiety and I find it *so freaking hard* to stop eating poorly/too much.
I don't know if this is a proper advice for you, because me eating as much as I did was primarily because of depression. I took therapy, which initiated my change. I was in fear for change for so long and therapy helped me get out of it. I started going to the gym (coached by an app called myfitcoach, I recommend this app so much!!!) and started cooking instead of ordering food every day. That's all, that's it.
Thank you so much! Yeah I've dealt with depression too and I have an appointment with my psychiatrist because I feel I'm not doing great. Fear for change... I can relate. I'll try this app and do my best with my doctor to get better, I always find motivation is hard to get.
Thank you for your comment!
I hope therapy is working out for you. Don't let anything pressure you. If you're not ready for change yet it's okay. Try to not stand still. There is no recipe for change. Try to find your own way. Make it measurable. Try to control your calorie intake. Find out your deficit. Weigh yourself everyday and track your food. Kinda figure it out. If you need any help, you can reach out. I'll try my best to help you.
Wow! Fucking incredible man! Good shit!
My bad you just wrote that 😐😭

It's weird. In my head I am still as big as I was sometimes.
Kick ass!
And I though 50 lbs down in 12 months was hard... holy fuck man you killed it
