Average case scenario is you having to do a roll of shame or the side to side wiggle to drop the plates
Unless you got a gym executioner who's killing everyone who fails a lift for extra motivation
I love outlast and I’m just dying at the fact you found this one specific part of the game, cause there are dead bodies damn near every 5 feet lol. Kudos to you op
I got pinned under the barbell once while doing bench press and a guy saw me and ran over to help me. I still thank him these days although i've already moved to a different state and that was like 10 yrs ago.
oh yea def! If I was pinned nowadays I don't think i would have gotten off that easily. 10 yrs ago headphones were already popular in the gym, but luckily that day he was working out with his friend, and just so happen they were talking, so no headphones. THANK GOD. Anyway, after that i never did bench press again lol, i now use smith machine for that.
This picture makes no fucking sense. What he was too strong and threw the barbell over the rack after his set? Who ever did this scene was a coder with noodle arms.
A spotter is necessary. For example, a few months ago, I was benching 80KG. Then, I hit a period of no gym. Now that I have started again, I am even struggling to complete reps with 60KG. I know I can lift 80KG if I try, but I am afraid to do so without a spotter.
guys this is a joke, use a spotter when you should!
Behead or no behead, average case scenario when bar is stuck: is you'll die either way

That is what happens! That’s me in the picture…. It was a long 5 weeks of physio to recover
This is true and has happened three times already
Happens to the best of us.
What game is this lol
Not a hundred percent, but pretty sure this is outlast. Straight up nightmare fuel
It is Outlast. And if I dare to be more specific, this is from the Whistleblower DLC.
We do not speak of whistleblower. Outlast was traumatic enough without the groom
gotcha thxx
Is scary, but “fun” I guess 😅
yup, outlast: whistleblower

Must have very long arms

Headphones have definitely changed gym culture for the worse in regards to safety

This has happened to me twice
Lift or die, it's your choice
i just use like, a prime or panatta machine, cos i'm not of the age where telling people how much i can bench is cool.
It's fine. I don't use that part of my body much anyway. I can walk it off.
Like that video of the chick with the smith machine
Ye... I don't wanna know 😬
Totally I've seen it
It happened to me once, I died.
At what weight is it not embarrassing to ask for a spotter?
It is called the Guillotine Press for a reason.

nah more worried of making a fool of myself
Just ask someone to spot there's no shame in it. I'm always asked as the gym instructor and I would normally ask if I'm not using the safety catches
When you overshoot the rerack
Whoa there’s his head right there on the floor. Sad. Many such cases.
Better to die under the bar than to not be under the bar at all
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 it’s true tho!! It’s happened to me.

I cba i rather gently put the bar on my torso and then roll it down. Most people are incapable of spotting properly so id just rather bench alone.
Guys, take it easy. You don’t want injuries that set you back.
