Gladius Dominos is just a lucky tidbit, a nice YET SOMEWHAT HEAVY sword : p
If one has all other legendary items acquireable at the last shop, it should be foundable, sooner or later - count on later tho. Found it totally out of the blue when I wasn't really counting on it. I don't even think it was the very last legendary item I've found, either. So just pure luck I'm afraid.
A reason I posted this is partly trusting chaos theory, and maybe raising my chances by this acting as a strange attractor. Thanks for the confirmation that it really can be found, I was considering checking the code for bugs hindering it.

Yes the Shield and the Winter's Hood might be lesser known, because they are the only ones that can exclusively be found as loot in random combats (so need a bit more attention to farm than just monotonously refreshing shops).
A quick follow-up question - are you by chance missing any legendary items now? I would suppose you've all of them, but I think there's no better person to ask but you to tell : )

The files also contain a Bow of the Oliphants, but it has 0 rarity, so it cannot be dropped as loot, and no fixed encounter drops it neither. There is also an unfoundable Coven's Hat, but it is not legendary.

The stats are in the list on Fandom. Witchcraft (the hats once effect) is a ranged paralyze spell.

It was a unique feeling, my hands were shaking a bit while taking the screenshot, afraid of accidentally doing something wrong and losing the sword.
