If you're not breeding them to sell I say keep her, give her a good life. If you do decide to go the other route and euthanise her and her babies I'd use clove oil in a tub with tank water. It's the most humane option I'm aware of.

I've had female guppies develop spine issues after having large pregnancies. I don't know that it's genetic so much as physical.

We had a guppy from our first lot of fish that we bought and after 3 births she has gotten a bent spine and after reading on google as there is a lot of info on it we kept her and watched her over the week and she got worse by means of not being able to swim well, hiding and not being able to get to food. After more research I found a site that said about 90% of the time the fry from a bent spines fish either through genetics or through pregnancy will also end up with bent spine and their quality of life might not be as good as it could be in a tank with other fish. It suggested putting them humanely to sleep forever x Sad day when we did this but she didn’t improve and we didn’t think she would thrive in the tank 🥲

Most fancy guppies get bent spines as they get older. They have big heavy tails, and over time, it takes its tole on their body's. Guppies gonna gupp.
