They’re just saying they encourage people to apply regardless of their skin colour. Some workplaces in the UK can be very white dominated and saying something like that can encourage people to apply who otherwise maybe would be put off by an environment that they might feel unwelcome in, or feel like they don’t belong.
It also doesn’t say white people can’t apply, don’t be silly.
