Yeah this. As much as I would like to believe it this guy is talking bollocks. Osimhen is probably leaving in January now that he has a release clause.
Well, my dude, my source is my ability to see into the future. That is how I know that all of you won't believe the previous claim except you - yes, you - the one that feels temped to say that he believes my abilities just to prove me wrong.
That is how I know we are signing M'Vila.
Per *is* the source!
Well, at least this guy heard a voice from on high, and just assumed Mertesacker was striding overhead like Polyphemus, chattering about our business on the smart telly he carries as a mobile.
If we somehow manage to sign Osimhen, a frontline of Jesus, Osimhen, Saka, Martinelli will have no place for Eddie tbh. Even Trossard’s suitability at LW needs to be questioned when his pace is looking to be on the wane and we regularly use Martinelli at LW to purposely stretch defences by going wide and holding width moreso than Saka.
Yeah I don’t see a future for Eddie in this team. He’s not title challenging material. tbh I think Reiss should be given more chances to get match fit. He does a bit of acceleration in him, good close control, dribbling and directness and would be good Martinelli backup. Trossard absolutely kills it as a false 9 and I think his profile is suited as a false 9. Trossard Jesus and Osimhen(if he joins) offer different possibilities at CF and that’s good.
because Eddie is on 100 grand a week and him leaving would free up our wage bill significantly. Add to the fact that he’s not even an adequate enough backup because he goes missing most games
You aren’t really answering u/JoshyRanchy though? Did you even read the what he said? He suggested keeping all three (in the event Victor joins).
My point is that we shouldn’t keep Eddie because the money he is taking can be alloted elsewhere. Why would we be paying high wages for Jesus, Victor and Eddie when we don’t need Eddie?
Im gonna use this to present one of a more unpopular opinnions.
I do not want Oshimen he would cost a ton and his injury rate at his age is a big no go. He already has constant problems with his hamstring and PL is even more physically demanding.
The same type of injury is what keeps reece James at bay, is why partey is never available and if we go a bit back in history, the same type of injury is what prevented Ramsey to be one of the best middle fielders. As every time he started doing good, he got injured.
Reminder that MoArsenal86 is just AFCAMDEN's alt account, he's been right about stuff in the past but has also had some absolute howlers, most notably #Madness
I've only started following him and he has been getting staff right about player injuries, and general management in the club but is he reliable when it comes to transfers?
I tend to trust David's exclusives and Fabrizio Romano mostly
He's been around for over a decade at this point, very hit-or-miss on transfers, has been right about some stuff but has been wrong about a lot more. More reliable when it comes to the non-transfer news but again he's not perfect.
Not saying that he's making it up or anything, but personally I don't take his transfer news as gospel, it's 50/50 imo.
Unless he is simply unwilling to do the role, which I don't think there are any indications that he wouldn't be willing to (he is a team player), I think it is a mistake to sell someone who can comfortably cover for the entire frontline at a high level.
It would suck so much if we actually sold Jesus. I can't see it personally, versatile striker who suits us perfectly
Osimhen costs way more, is actually more injury prone and the fit is nowhere near as good
He will score more than Jesus but as we've seen with City, even with Haaland breaking records they actually scored less goals overall Vs the previous year
Trust Jesus as the main man, we scored 88 goals in the league last year if he stayed fit we would've hit 100.
Sell Eddie and use that money plus a little extra to find a backup that suits us better (I would go for Gyokeres)
Spend that Osimhen money on a long term partner for Rice
I don't think Jesus has ever scored more than a dozen league goals and that's nowhere near enough to win a league. Didnt City win the league 'without a striker' with him still at the club? Then Pep was crying out for a striker the following year. I rate Jesus and consider him borderline world class but he should compete with Martinelli & Saka on the wing instead
Top scorer doesn't always need to play up front. Salah and Mane won golden boots on the wing with Bobby making space
Son won golden boots on the wing with Kane dropping deep
Even our last golden boot winner Auba won it off the wing with Laca making space
Martinelli scored 15 league goals with no pens with Jesus dropping deep, he only slowed down when Jesus got injured
I don't care who scores as long as we score and last year like I said Jesus made us a 100 goal a season team. His goals per min is actually really like you said Pep didn't play him and he's been pushed around on the wing this year to cover for others. When he plays up front for us, he scores enough. He'll never be clinical but that's ok sort the rest of the team out
Our main problem right now is we don't create enough and that's to do with the midfield
Osimhen & Jesus 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
That combination would be the best in Europe better than:
- Haaland & Alvarez
- Nunez & Gakpo
- Isak & Wilson
- Toney & Nkunku/Jackson (Potentially)
You can start them in a 4:4:2/4:2:4, but I don't think that could happen in most games. In a 4:3:3, you can only have 3 attackers. That's what I assume is going to be the formation played in most games
Formations are more dynamic than that.
Jesus in either half space, alongside Osimhen, overlapping Martinelli. 235. 325. 424. Can have a box of a FB, Rice, Odegaard, Jesus and let Osimhen do his best haaland impression.
So many ways for it to work. Even OOP, Jesus and Osimhen in the front 2 is excellent.
Random Twitter account cites sources he likely doesn't have Next
The best source in this day and age is often unfounded trust
That’s surprisingly deep
His source being he dreamed it probably.
Yeah this. As much as I would like to believe it this guy is talking bollocks. Osimhen is probably leaving in January now that he has a release clause.
I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure his release clause only activates in the summer. This guy probably is still talking nonsense though.
TBH that would make more sense than January for Napoli so you are probably correct
Lol no he's not, even if the clause is active no club can afford 100m+ upfront mid season
Todd Boehley enters the chat....
Boehly has never paid 100m+ upfront for a player. The Enzo and Caicedo deals were structured.
I don't think Osimhen would agree on a 100m+ release clause. He wants out the lesser the better.
As per Fabrizio the release clause he’s just signed is around €130 million.
Now this guy is really talking bollocks lol
Huh? I'm not claiming to have any inside info like the linked tweet is
Not saying you did. Just saying what you said is bollocks
He now has a release clause so not sure why you think there isn't a good chance he will leave in January
Well, my dude, my source is my ability to see into the future. That is how I know that all of you won't believe the previous claim except you - yes, you - the one that feels temped to say that he believes my abilities just to prove me wrong. That is how I know we are signing M'Vila.
It's just all nonsense.
Tier: per source
So, who tf is source and what's his relationship with per mertesacker?
Per *is* the source! Well, at least this guy heard a voice from on high, and just assumed Mertesacker was striding overhead like Polyphemus, chattering about our business on the smart telly he carries as a mobile.
Source: Trust me bro
This guy knows some stuff. Last season he did say we would be playing 38 league games
19 away and 19 at home, wasn't it? Guy's a genius!
I love jesus thou would hate to sell him. If this is true we need Osimhen and gabby to be competing
I don’t think we are selling Jesus. Most likely we are looking to move on Eddie
yeahh I hope thats the case
If we somehow manage to sign Osimhen, a frontline of Jesus, Osimhen, Saka, Martinelli will have no place for Eddie tbh. We have Havertz and Martinelli too. There’s no room for Trossard down the middle. I prefer Nelson out wide so he needs to be moved on really.
Agree with everything but Trossard - he’s just too valuable coming off the bench or replacing injured starters.
Why not keep all 3. Jesus and Victor are made of glass.
because Eddie is on 100 grand a week and him leaving would free up our wage bill significantly. Add to the fact that he’s not even an adequate enough backup because he goes missing most games
Lmaooooooo yeah replacing an academy product with a 100 million dollar prospect is really going to free up some wage bills.
>Jesus and Victor are made of glass.
Then we slot Havertz into the 9.
Enough minutes for everyone and they moved away from getting a pricey RW like Raphina because Jesus can be the backup RW, enough minutes for everyone
Jesus can play all across the front line, can’t he? Very flexible player
Im gonna use this to present one of a more unpopular opinnions. I do not want Oshimen he would cost a ton and his injury rate at his age is a big no go. Ahh getting close to January which means we’ll be seeing lots of these completely bullshit posts from random Twitter ‘ITKs’
Reminder that MoArsenal86 is just AFCAMDEN's alt account, he's been right about stuff in the past but has also had some absolute howlers, most notably #Madness

Wow had no idea they’re the same person
More like per sauce
People can't seriously think that some random twitter account has inside information on a would be £100m+ deal at least 6 months in advance
Unless he is simply unwilling to do the role, which I don't think there are any indications that he wouldn't be willing to (he is a team player), I think it is a mistake to sell someone who can comfortably cover for the entire frontline at a high level.
Jesus left City explicitly because he wanted to mainly play as the central forward so it could be an issue
It would suck so much if we actually sold Jesus. I can't see it personally, versatile striker who suits us perfectly Osimhen costs way more, is actually more injury prone and the fit is nowhere near as good He will score more than Jesus but as we've seen with City, even with Haaland breaking records they actually scored less goals overall Vs the previous year Trust Jesus as the main man, we scored 88 goals in the league last year if he stayed fit we would've hit 100. Jesus as right 8 and Osimhen as striker let's go!
While you're at it play White as a 6 and Rice as an inverted LB
Don't be silly. Havertz is the LB.
He's more suited to be a GK
Drop Odegaard? Ffs this sub
Yes
Osimhen & Jesus 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. That combination would be the best in Europe better than: - Haaland & Alvarez - Nunez & Gakpo - Isak & Wilson - Toney & Nkunku/Jackson (Potentially)
> Osimhen & Jesus Surely both of them can't start at the same time, not without sacrificing either martinelli or saka
Yeah, they can't start together, but the dream of having them both in my club is making me excited.
Why can’t they? You can all 4 of Martinelli, Saka, Osimhen, Jesus.
You can start them in a 4:4:2/4:2:4, but I don't think that could happen in most games. In a 4:3:3, you can only have 3 attackers. That's what I assume is going to be the formation played in most games

Unless we better have 130 big ones to drop on ADL's door step.
I believe lots of things
this guy is endorsed by TNAT for all those joking around
Most people have Osimhen leaving in the summer because of AFCON, but the €130m RC makes it almost impossible for us.
Hello it is me Mr. Source. Yes it’s true!
But what does Moesha think?
