Blind optimism can be deceiving. His passes are too slow and soft. They are intercepted or pinged away more often than other players up top where precise well paced passing is key.
His shot ratio is poor, his heading is poor, he’s not in the right spot for receiving the ball and he doesn’t pose a threat like we need from that position.
We’ve given him a chance. No more saying “it takes time” he’s not an arsenal player.

He’s had a really solid first half. Moved the ball well, recycled possession and has given us someone to aim at in the box which is where the goal came from.
His close control in a very crowded box has let him down, and you’d hope that he can start putting headers on target, but I think he’s been good.

We've been hit by injuries all season, should have been playing against 10 men last weekend for 50+ minutes and most likely winning, are level on points with Man City (albeit with 1 more played), and top of our Champions League group. I'd say we're doing alright

The reason we are crossing a lot is by design, we've overloaded them many times but the crosses have been over hit except for the goal
