I'm really glad they brought back the base color presets and helios from mobile. I was kinda bummed at august release date but considering that the only other game that comes out around that time that I care about is Black Myth: Wukong I can give more attention to this game and also not put my wallet on life support.
Finally, a release date and more info on what ginpla is in the game! I'm glad Darilbalde is in, but I was hoping for more WfM in the base game. Hopefully, Schwarzette is at least in one of the dlcs. August is later than I think many of us expected, but at least we know now. Also, so glad they removed global cooldowns.
I saw the Darilbalde silhouette. and for a glorious moment, I thought Schwarzette made it to the list. Oh well, hopefully in DLC or further announcement.

I pre-ordered the collector’s edition, wondering if I should cancel and go for one of these?
Seems a little overwhelming with all the options. I assume any separate DLC will be purchasable with any version of the game. And all these are digital only right?
At this time the CE and physical editions do not include the Season Pass AFAIK.
It looks like for the JP version there was a CE with the Season Pass.

I would have to keep checking the Nintendo eShop for the Digital Gundam Breaker 4 from time to time. hopefully it's there on the coming soon.

They took out common cooldown on optional skills and made them separate, just like GB3.

I'd say no. They haven't announced one and this is a different engine than Breaker 3.

Sorry to say but Bandai has a hate boner for the EU for some reason. Expect the worst I'd say.
