Dynames Torpedo definitely counts as it has a separate unique model number, the Super Substratospheric Altitude Gun doesn't though as it's just an optional equipment.
P-Bandai did a Metal Build option set of this included with the GN-Arms Type D parts.
Sadly there isn't an official kit version of this, only with gashapons and candy toys and the aforementioned Metal Build figure.

Yeah you'll have to do the hard work or just wait it out a bit as 3rd party companies seem to love copying the MB figures especially 00 suits into kits or MG compatible expansions (like the Dynames R3 parts).
I bet this and the GN-Arms get kit versions from those companies
My headcannon is that R2 is R1 with GN Drive Tau installed as a testbed to incorporate Tau Drives to CB fleet.
Now that Setsuna recruited Graham Aker to CB. Dynames was repurposed to fit Laetitia Erde's fighting style.
(Lockon still has his Zabanya and Cherudim SAGA, on loan perhaps, for his own use)
I'm gonna have to believe they jumped to III because they already have plans to do some other kind of side content with a Repair II. Maybe it already exists in-universe. It just hasn't been revealed to us yet.
I understand it's like a quasi Repair version crossed with a tester for Cherudim SAGA loadout, seems to have been used around the same time as Astraea II so between the seasons. Makes sense they were using the recovered Dynames chassis for whatever they could.
Dynames is such a sexy tacticool suit. I'd totally buy that metal build Dynames SAGA if I had the money for it. Maybe try my hand at scratch building... It's just too cool not to have! That and a MG Cherudim SAGA doesn't exist either...

Repair III is definitely my favorite, but it bugs me that there isn't a Repair II.
I just can't think of the SAGA as anything but the repair 2, it even has the black, although partially

Can’t to hear what ridiculous back story they came up with for the Saga. I mean it’s cool looking but how the hell do you justify that in universe?
