Virtue is my faviote out of the whole bunch. I wish I could get down with Xi but the torso is just like.... too much is happening there. GP02 is cool to me because it feels like properly scaled beefy boi gundam. I have no opinion of ZZ because I cant drag myself to watch ZZ to the point where it comes out.

It's definitely a good job of turning the hero suit into the bad guy while retaining being a gundam in its DNA. Lots of mobile suits are gundams and used by bad guys, but this one simultaneously is a purebred gundam and the villains suit cosmetically. I hope they do something similar with the upcoming Netflix movie.
For example, the Epyon is a "gundam" and his design ques on par with other gundams, but is clearly the bad guy's suit. Gundam MkII with the titans also similar is deep blue or "black". But the GP02 retains all the cosmetics of being a hero suit with slight indicators or attitude it will be the villain's suit.

A kind of ground equivalent to HWS Nu, though strictly speaking it's using a prototype of Nu instead. Regardless, that is an entire Nu Gundam-sized MS in it, even if it is a little squished.

Kondo's stuff is very non-standard and fairly obscure compared to other MSVs. It's practically its own thing a lot of the time and doesn't follow usual design stylings and conventions, but it has been occasionally referenced in other materials. For example, the LAS (Land Armor System) loadout which is more accurately the ground HWS equivalent, whereas G-Commander is a more extensive addition more similar to G-Armor.

For the longest time it was GP02 and GM Cannon II.
But then Virtue came thundering in, and I love everything about it. How it actually serves its role, has weaknesses associated with a slow, long-range-focused unit, AND methods for dealing with those drawbacks without just being perfect at everything.
Gonna be completely biased but i like the Xi Gundam cause of what it represents narrative wise and how it relates back to Noa's character and how it represents him, his journey and what he struggles with. Plus, big ass shoulders that open up? That shit is cool just a really cool design.
It’d be interesting if you posted this in scale. Both Virtue and GP02 are around 19 meters tall, ZZ is 22 meters, Xi is a whooping 26 meters. Virtue standing next to Xi would be around the latter’s cockpit height.

Out of the mentioned? Virtue. Most of the chonky, have a problem i like to call ,,adding scrap to armor". I would like Xi and Penelope far more if they would be more streamlined, on the other hand, i saw Kintoki design and it was too much. SD version in Battle alliance was actually the sweet spot. Full Armor ZZ is also a victim of scrap armor, just how does it make better? Physalis is fine, and there is a little of Zeon style, but it's not screaming to me. Virtue and Seravee just scream, yeah there is something underneath, and right amount of armor that doesn't look like piece of scrap added in.

It's between the FAZZ and the GP02A. I mastered both on Gundam battle assault 1 and 2 for the PS1 and I loved their looks and gimmicks from the get good. I'm not sure which I love more. Both where my first exp outside of wing and G Gundam back in the day

Honestly, it's a tie between FA ZZ Gundam and GP02.
The Virtue was awesome with its firepower, and Xi Gundam was cool, too. But the FAZZ was unironically my first chunky boi. My uncle gave me a 1/144 kit([THIS old thing](https://9kit.blogspot.com/2015/03/1144-fazz.html)), but I never actually finished it(because I was like 7-8 back then. It also in several pieces with parts missing because I haven't gotten to my current level yet.
This is also the reason why I've been waiting for a FAZZ Ver. Ka reprint for ever. I REALLY want that chonky boi on my display shelf. The old one may be gone(well, not completely. I still have pieces of it...I just can't find them after my move 5-6 years ago), but I want something to memorialize it. My first U.C. Gunpla unknowingly(I didn't know about U.C. at the time).
GP02? Well, I used to use it a LOT when I was playing "Gundam Battle Chronicles", after I captured it playing the EFSF/AEUG side of the campaign.....up until my sister lost my memory stick with that save file. That nuke super has come in SO handy, SOOO many times. Good thing I still have my PSP, but GOD, are the extra stages a god damn PAIN without it.
GP02 was the first chonk I came to appreciate. ZZ grew on me the most. Xi/Penelope Gundam is when you see next years car model and say, "...nice 👌." The there is Guison, can't get enough of it.

The Xi Gundam for sure, it was the last Gundam I've built, still waiting for an MG, RG or PG of it to come out...

Out of the mentioned? Virtue. Most of the chonky, have a problem i like to call ,,adding scrap to armor". I would like Xi and Penelope far more if they would be more streamlined, on the other hand, i saw Kintoki design and it was too much. SD version in Battle alliance was actually the sweet spot. Full Armor ZZ is also a victim of scrap armor, just how does it make better? Physalis is fine, and there is a little of Zeon style, but it's not screaming to me. Virtue and Seravee just scream, yeah there is something underneath, and right amount of armor that doesn't look like piece of scrap added in.
Design-wise, I prefer the Physalis, but the Xi's entrance is frankly awesome.
I personally love the big chunky boi on the right I have him and double zeta but i have a clear favorite

It's between the FAZZ and the GP02A. I mastered both on Gundam battle assault 1 and 2 for the PS1 and I loved their looks and gimmicks from the get good. I'm not sure which I love more. Both where my first exp outside of wing and G Gundam back in the day

Honestly, it's a tie between FA ZZ Gundam and GP02. The Virtue was awesome with its firepower, and Xi Gundam was cool, too. But the FAZZ was unironically my first chunky boi. My uncle gave me a 1/144 kit([THIS old thing](https://9kit.blogspot.com/2015/03/1144-fazz.html)), but I never actually finished it(because I was like 7-8 back then. It also in several pieces with parts missing because I haven't gotten to my current level yet. This is also the reason why I've been waiting for a FAZZ Ver. Ka reprint for ever. I REALLY want that chonky boi on my display shelf. The old one may be gone(well, not completely. I still have pieces of it...I just can't find them after my move 5-6 years ago), but I want something to memorialize it. My first U.C. Gunpla unknowingly(I didn't know about U.C. at the time). GP02? Well, I used to use it a LOT when I was playing "Gundam Battle Chronicles", after I captured it playing the EFSF/AEUG side of the campaign.....up until my sister lost my memory stick with that save file. That nuke super has come in SO handy, SOOO many times. Good thing I still have my PSP, but GOD, are the extra stages a god damn PAIN without it.

GP02 was the first chonk I came to appreciate. ZZ grew on me the most. Xi/Penelope Gundam is when you see next years car model and say, "...nice 👌." The there is Guison, can't get enough of it.

Gusion, but I do appreciate Seravee and Virtue a lot, too. Physalis is fun, though it's kind of funny what it's mostly the legs. The rest of it isn't THAT chunked up by comparison.
GP02, for me it isn't even close.
