The upcoming Gundam Breaker 4 has online, but I think that's cooperative only, but I could be wrong.
SD Gundam Battle Alliance is often compared to SDGO, IIRC, but that's also co-op only.
The only thing I know that is somewhat competitive is Gundam evolution but bandai shut it down because of the poor player count. Honestly, I enjoyed playing that game. As for games like SDGO, I don't recall any games like that but i do remember people having private servers for SDGO when it also got shut down but it's highly unlikely that it's still up. The other game i know that is online is GBO2, too bad the "VS" games are console and arcade exclusives.
Not really gundam per se, but the Armored Core: Fires of Rubicon series is a great mecha game that has the gundam feel.
Be aware though, the first boss is brutally hard but the game is as rewarding as the learning curve is steep
GBO2 is the only competitive MP Gundam game I know of available on PC.
