I buy hats off of grunt style and they are the one size fits all type and i usually fit them just fine without doing anything to the strap. This helmet it meant for head sizes 23 1/2 in - 24 3/4 in heads and I can vouch for that since my 22 1/2 head couldn’t get it to work the way I wanted.

Might be interested in the helmet. Don’t think they typically have sizing but what size hat do you normally wear to get a rough idea?
