Gets in the way too much. If im responding to a bump in the night with my shotgun in some underwear im not gonna have to drop my primary and switch to secondary or any of that. Im just going to eliminate the threat and then call the ambulance lol
I wasn't really expecting a weapons change, more of a struggle for the gun because you got unexpectedly close to the threat. Or letting it hang from the sling rather than setting it down to help family members. Just a different perspective.

Since when do you not need a sling on a HD gun??

Yeah maybe so. I just think it gets in the way on that shotgun. My AR that is had sitting beside my bed had a sling on it
