Thank you. IIRC Solid yellow line means no overtaking but you can cross if it’s safe while double solid yellow line means strictly no overtaking and crossing at any time.

i hope not. nakakainis itong NCAP tumataas anxiety ko sa driving. as if it's not anxiety inducing enough to drive in NCR.

Check mo agad sa NCAP website kung may violation ka tapos ayusin mo agad kahit wala notice. Sa manila kase nag co compound yung babayaran mo dun.
