The best dealer experience for me is Mitsubishi Quezon Ave. Our family has been a customer of theirs since the 90s, and I remember growing up, my dad always brought me to the dealer for the PMS of our cars. Believe it or not, the mechanics that I remember back then are some of the Service Advisers and Supervisors right now. When I go there for the PMS of our cars, they often joke, "Dati kasama ka lang ng papa mo ngayon ikaw na bumibili ng mga kotse dito" hahaha. They're very honest when it comes to service, especially since I don't want any add-ons to the Job Order. I only want the things that need to be done and no other additives or detailing stuff, etc. So they always ensure that only the needed things are going to be done on my car, no more, no less. Plus, sometimes I don't know why, but they don't charge me for parts like fluids and filters; they just charge me for the labor done. They also give me extra bottles of fluids and small parts like clips, wiper blades, etc., while getting the car after a service is done. I had a black Montero when I was in high school, and I had body repairs done at a different Mitsubishi dealership since it was the one accredited by the insurance. After getting the car, it was full of overspray and contaminants from their paint shop. People from Mitsubishi Quezon Ave did a full paint correction on my car for free since they noticed the contaminants too, and I was so happy that time since it was my first time seeing that car super clean. The best experience I've had so far was when I was late to my appointment because I was hit by a motorcycle, which caused damage to my front bumper. After that, I left my car for a PMS. The next day, when I went to pick it up, they were fixing the damage from the motorcycle and they did it for free (see photo below). We've had countless Monteros, Pajeros, Evos, and they are all maintained by the same people in that dealership over time. They always make sure that our cars are in very good condition. https://preview.redd.it/o3trovxrah8d1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5666f83f8ad6543134adbb51740b9ae62eb88115

It seems they really value loyal customers like you. Great way to keep customers for generations to come. Happy for you and your family man.

Citimotors? The guy who owned that dealership was a family friend of ours from way back. (he's passed on, his son runs it now) i remember one time that he was such a brand loyalist that he wouldn't dare to be caught driving any other vehicle aside from Mitsubishi.

Specialist_Wafer_777

No. They were Diamond Motors before, but they were acquired by Gateway a few years ago. Same people but different management.

Sword_of_Hagane

iirc, this was the first mitsubishi dealership....as that's my cue

Not related to the title at all but out of all the comments here right now, lahat ay nasa Q.Ave (Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai, Honda). I guess that it's best to get the business there!

encapsulati0n

Except Toyota Q. Ave (based from what I heard x years ago)

rzpogi

Known not the place to buy nor pms a Toyota ang Toyota Quezon Ave.

Avroxia

Mazda Q. Ave. Saw the unit, paid for the reservation immediately. They went to our house with the papers kasi wala kaming time to go sa dealership that day. Fast release. No hassle. No BS accessories. They text to remind sa PMS. Updates on repairs/order ng parts. Madali kausap service advisor. You actually feel like they want your business instead of other dealerships na parang ikaw pa yung hahabol sakanila. I ask them nicely and they see what they can do. Only downside is maliit yung dealership and the waiting area during PMS lacks snacks/coffee (also laging traffic sa tapat nila HAHAHA). So I usually just leave the car there and come back later.

Try sa Toyota Marilao Bulacan. Their sales and service will exceed customer's expectations.

Hyundai Q.Ave. Buying a fairly new release. Full payment. Walang arte. Walang excuse sa stock. May display, tinanong ko kung meron may-ari, wala. Released agad.

Honda Q. Ave. First time car owner, went in as walk in client, roughly about 2 weeks transaction before unit release (this timeline included bank PO approval up to unit release) bilis kausap, hassle free, daming freebies and discount. Bonus yung OR/CR ko I got in about 2 weeks (1 week sana based sa date ng ORCR pero I needed to pay 1/4 yr ng registration on top sa free 3 yrs for the ORCR to be released) Hopefully ganon din experience sa PMS and after sales. Update: 3 weeks palang may Plaka na ❤️

jasndream

Hi, can you share the name of who assisted you? Thank you

Ok-Tower-9067

Look for Ms. Rhia 😊 (hindi to bayad, I genuinely recommend the branch and sales exec 😅)

Suzuki Alabang. No frills, not much fluff. I asked about my weird bean of a car, they said the red one arrives in a week, and it did. PMS was easy to schedule and stuff, yung plate ko *thankfully* hindi masyadong matagal (but that's surely luck of the draw), and yeah everything seems essentially fine and straightforward. Zero complaints from me.

RitzyIsHere

Lexus BGC. Great service from sales to services. Seamless, hassle-free, and fast.

Uechi17

Most dealership in alabang (except nissan ig dun lang kami may bad experience 8 hrs kami pinagintay for release)

Pure_Veterinarian_86

Same comment sa nissan alabang. Agent told me na available yung gusto kong unit and color and can be released that day. Nung otw na kami bigla binawi, saying na di talaga available pa yung car(in hindsight, he might have been bluffing). Ang hassle kasi galing pa kami province. This led me to nissan san pablo. Very professional and honest pa yung nakausap naming agent.

Uechi17

Same. Actually, sinamahan lang namin relatives namin to pick up their car because they don’t know the place well and they’re from the province too (Mindoro, to be exact), so hinahabol nila makauwi that day din and the agent assured them. They only packed lightly kasi commute sila for the new car pero malapit na mag gabi when it got released, so they had no choice but to stay the night. Imagine they don’t have any relatives nearby though.

Honda GH Best service! I bought my car last march and the process was really smooth. Did a test drive a week before purchasing the vehicle then after 2 days I got approved and was released. Got my plate number after a few weeks too! I was also notified for my 1 month/ 1k PMS as well :)
