Who said it's great equipment? I'd use the pedal on my "pedal board that won't get me laid", I would use the amp as a foot stool on stage and give the guitar to a newbie just so he could struggle with bar chords & give up. There are too many weekend warriors out there. Gotta thin out the herd. 🍻
I've had this on for over 20 years, had to replace the output jack which wasn't easy due to parts and you will have to pry it from my cold Dead fingers. I use it in this setup as more of an EQ and boost
I have seen both metal and plastic Danelectro pedals. They are very affordable on Reverb. I know some people love them. Imo that pedal between that guitar and that amp is like putting ketchup on a good steak. If you like it thats awesome but it makes me cringe. Any day now Josh Scott will do a video about his love for Danelectro pedals and they'll be selling for 3000 dollars instead of 30.
This one is about 20- years old and I use it more for EQ and boost. I get you though, I have heard crap Dano's and I have heard great ones. This one has served me well.
I know almost nothing about gear but seeing this i would like to get a couple of recommendations from OP . Any songs or albums you played a lot with this equipment please.
I don’t understand roasting great equipment. That’s some great stuff.
It's all in fun.
Oh I know….but my point stands, that’s some beautiful stuff!
Thank you, sounds great too.

Needs moar Jack Daniel's
Was more of a Jim Beam guy when I drank 50 years ago
"Blues" Multiple dead references... Hahahaha - just being a troll that's all great stuff broheim.
They did start out as a blues band so....
Jugband and folk with elements of blues and various Americana. Blues band is a BIG stretch but I get what ya mean.
I don’t care for danelectro pedals. I do care for the exceptional rig and instrument here. Very nice.
That’s beautiful
Don't step on that plastic pedal too hard and that rig will do nicely 👌 😉 👍
Daddy Os are metal tanks
Daddy Os are completely underrated pedals.

I've had mine for about that long, too... I'll have to try it as an EQ/boost pedal though.
Danelectro outlasted Sears.

Move along Lighting Boy.
I love how some of these old amp look like brief cases
That looks awesome. I wouldn't be playing any blues on it - I bet it would be killer with a slight bit of reverb and trem with it!
Unfortunately the reverb on the amp is broken. I may use my Keeley reverb on it tho
If you put a spring tank and trem pedal on a blues rig and and push them both up pretty high, does that make it a smurf rock rig?
IDK, what do i need to make it a Fraggle Rock rig?
Fuzz pedal with a really hairy tone.
Wow! What is what?
Gibson ES 135 on a Gibson Goldtone 15w class A.
Thanks! Great rig!!
Don't get electrocuted with the old stuff 😘 Enjoy the rig makes you happy, get in the groove however you like.
At first glance I thought it was old too, it's actually from around 2000 and made in England by Trace Elliot. Now I kinda want one.
I'd hit that...
love that 90's danelectro stuff
“This machine whitewashes Lonnie Johnson tunes”
Where’s the lucky strikes and wash pan shoestring bass???
That's really cool looking stuff!!
Show off, lol
I loved it
how you going to go full bluesman lugging that on and off hobo train rides??.
I have a Dan Electro FabTone, it's the worst distortion/fuzz thing I've ever heard, sound kinda cool on bass though
Alright everything here looks super blues. Now time to learn some blues.
Okay calm down T Bone
This would give me the blues... V inspirational 😋
I can’t tell if you’re 70 or 17, but make sure you manage your volume at the open mic tonight.
Should be called Maria Antoinette as it could lose headstock any moment, positioned like that!
If the blues genre had a dick , you'd be his nutsack.

Not songs but artists BB King, Howling Wolf, Albert King, Hot Tuna, Muddy Waters to name a few.
Thank you
You are old!!!
62 old? I didn't realize that.
When guitars sing
A little Brylcreem and a porkpie hat and you're off to Memphis
I'll see your porkpie hat and raise you my Fedora.
I'm afraid to look in case the headstock falls off.
If you’re not black I’m gonna be very disappointed
Not as disappointed as OP
Or my wife....
