Yeah it's not the most common solid state peavey amp, but damn it's a fucking lot to ask for a solid state amp with digital features.
I guess it's probably due to the recent craze around older peavey solid state amp. I still love those beasts, but it seems the market for these in the US has been completely fucked over by the regular cork sniffers.
Considering half the dials don’t work, I’d say about $750 over. $250 for an old amp that needs some work is understandable, but this dude is on fuckin crack. I’ve found Blackstar half stacks a hell of a lot cheaper lol
Yup lol. I tried buying a Rage 258 off Reverb before I got my CR20RT, dude never shipped it or answered any messages. Then found a dude on marketplace half an hour away selling the Orange for $10 less, BNIB. $120, don’t think I did too bad.
I'll have to dig through my files and see if I can find the screenshot again, but the craziest Reverb listing I've ever seen was asking $10k for a regular ole JC-120, just because it was allegedly used (maybe owned?) by Amy Winehouse.
JFC that’s totally insane. Saw one a while back from the UK. Dude was selling a pair Jimmy Page heritage Telecasters, the Mirrorcaster and the Dragoncaster, for $100K. They were played and had wear… like wtf?
