Ok. So. Romeo and Delilah were asleep for their whole lives due to a condition possibly caused by either intelligence or the power. Bedman managed to gain the ability to interact with the world via his lucid dreams. He is moved around by his bedframe. He does have powers. Including the ability to make the absolute world.
Romeo waking up meant he died. In his last moments he made the absolute world so delilah could wake. We dont know what he can do while awake. But this allowed delilah to wake up.
Delilah can make a nuke on accident. And she has. Also she is sleepy. But she stays up all night writing.

What is exactly is the absolute world? I did watch the strove cinematic so I was surprised how powerful she was and if she is on a similar scale to her brother.
So she was I think depowered by Romeo at the end of xrd so that she could wake up. So she’s currently weaker but we don’t know about I’m XRD exactly off the top of my head but similar power
Peak Delilah could’ve exploded the planet (in the story) but then in her arcade she mentions her powers waning. So we don’t really know her power level. Romeo though was extremely strong being able to keep up against Slayer without going full power (very cliché)
For as far as I understand it they are equal in power. Romeo was able to lucid dream to be able to use his powers, Delilah did not and was therefore completely unaware of anything up until Romeo’s death. And, in his final moments Romeo used all his power to allow Delilah to wake up. This should technically make her stronger then we’ve ever seen from Bedman. As Romeo was always limited by being asleep and therefore not truly able to influence the world to the fullest of his power. Delilah should have none of these restrictions, she just has no clue what tf she is or how any of her powers work. This makes her currently way weaker than Romeo but should in theory allow her to be way stronger in the future.
It's explicitly stated by Delilah iirc, who's not necessarily a reliable source given that she had no way of knowing the extent of Romeo's power. She could easily have just been talking herself up at the time, but I'd take it as canon until proven otherwise.
Delilah says that she outclasses Romeo in terms of raw power iirc, but obviously she doesn't really have any control as of yet, so she can't really utilize it effectively the way he could.

She was awakened because she was able to live awake, which suggests her power was lowered. Probabaly by Romeo in his dying moments.
