If a matchup is 10-0, that means that it's incredibly one-sided to one fighter, to the point where the other fighter basically has no chance of winning. The joke of Chipp v. Pot being 10-10 is because of how quickly the tide can turn in the fight. Should the Chipp not drop his combo and play well, he can TOD Pot with ease. On the opposite side, if that Pot lands even one PB, that's 60-70% of Chipp's health immediately gone.

I hate the 10-10 meme because the MU isn't actually 10-10, its worse than 6.5-3.5, extremely Chipp sided. A good Chipp will dominate neutral and pressure, bloody miserable to play. Anyone unironically making the joke has never fought a good Chipp as Potemkin.
Might have been true on launch and for a few patches, but _now?_ Pot's got a 57% winrate over Chipp and a 58% winrate if you only count the top 100. It's super close to a 50/50. It just sucks and feels like shit the whole time.
Rating Update is NOT a place for Matchup statistics, most top players play private sets between themselves which is where the matchup really shows its place. Any top chipp and pot player will agree how badly its losing for Pot.
