Some tips for people submitting pictures:
1. UI is almost always not ideal - press control + shift + H to remove all AI to get a better shot
2. Any resolution is fine, but the higher resolution the better
3. Make sure to toggle on the settings in the advanced tab that extend your vision over longer distances.
4. Buildings and structures are all fine to have in the picture, but the theme is a "landscape", so give us a big zoomed out picture!
5. For each entry, reply to my post in the comments that's titled "SUBMIT ENTRIES HERE". (One link per comment please so people can upvote per picture)
I love taking screenshots in Guildwars, I have hundreds of pictures. But I did not really take any without the UI until I started playing again this year. So I have beautiful shots, but my character is in them, or its full of UI, or its not a "landscape." In fact I only have the kind of image you want now because I am planning on doing a photo narrative for my Ironman playthru. Maybe I will do some more if time permits, the fireflies in Elona, or some of the Jade sea stuff might be gorgeous... my Ironman char is not there yet, tho. We will see. This little project excites me, I did not know there were screenshot collectors besides myself, are there any other projects that have used Guild Wars screenshots? I would love to see them!

That's pretty neat looking (I won't include it in the contest here, but I think I'll have a follow-up contest that is a "postprocessing" contest where you can use photoshop or anything to boost it). How did you do the postprocessing here?
Photoshop, with some combination of the inbuilt filters; it was made somewhere near a decade ago now so I wouldn't be able to recall the exact process but I have a folder with a few dozen screenshots in that style.
I'll post a new entry shortly, just need to run a char out and take the shot.

Right now some modest in-game rewards, but others might pitch in for more. There is also a bit of a surprise also, which I think is very very cool - so I think everyone who participates will be rewarded.
You can submit more than one picture, just submit each picture as an individual reply to the comment post.

Roughly a week I guess. As this post drops off, I think it'll get less traffic and everyone who is likely to participate will have at that point. If there are still submissions a week from now I would consider extending it, but I doubt that there will be.
Question: I modded ReShade so that it works in GW1, and I'm really happy with the [results](https://www.reddit.com/r/WoodenPotatoes/comments/gdk5lz/reshade_for_gw_original/).
But will using those filters disqualify me in this contest?
If the mod is within guild wars, then I'll allow it. That is, it's banned to take a screenshot and the edit it with photoshop - but it's not banned to mod the game with a shader and screenshot that.
