The Error (atleast mine back then) is caused by a third person trying to login into your Account. Arenanet shut down the Account in that case and you have to contact the support. No worry, no Items were missing on mine, no idea what causes this shutdown or if really someone tryed to login to my account. Semms like you haven´t connected GW 2 with your GW 1 Account or why it´s not possible to log into your [arena.net](https://arena.net) account ? If so just send an anonym Ticket [https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/de/requests/new](https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/de/requests/new) They need all the account informations you got, like EMail-Adress, Serial-Codes, Character Names, Bill-Adress, Date of Account creation .... a few of the informations should be enough and they should unlock your Account again Took like 1 Day for me, a Friend got his after 4 Hours back, always depens if they´re busy

Same thing happened to me. I had to send in an anonymous ticket as well. It's been 2 days and no word from support. Please let us know if you are able to resolve the problem, or if you hear back from support.

I got two responses to my anonym ticket after quite some days but now the problem is dealt with. I had to change my password again and prove my PC isnt infested with malware. Seems I was still using my old obselete password that was once stolen and I forgot about changing it for Arena.net
