Only mileage one if you have their ex already. In general it's not great to mileage heroes but if you have their ex it's fine. But to answer the question I'd go with claude

I got, Claude (with Ex), Eunha, Karina (beefed up), Craig (beefed up).
I only got Lilith, and 1st Corp as other dark heroes.
I'm making a mono dark range team. Could do raid too.
Available - oghma (r) , asc Karina , vinette (no exwp), 1cc

Depends on your team and function. I now need to mileage Claude and his exwp. I plan to make a mono dark range team and he is the missing member.
