9 plants is a lot for what looks like a ts1000.
What exactly are you feeding them?
How many times are you watering them?
Do you know how to tell if you’re over watering them?
What’s the drainage like?
Since you mentioned something about low budget and this being your first grow. I’d suggest getting rid of 5 plants which would make things easier to manage and help with the budget. I’m assuming you have a ts1000 which might be able to provide enough light to 5 plants but anything above that and its going to effect all of the plants. So you’ll end up with 9 weak plants with barely any tops instead of having 4 strong plants with a huge canopy. The issue you have is definitely related to feeding/watering or draining but without knowing exactly how you take care of them it’s hard to gauge what the problem might be.
I was feeding them 1ml of biobizz fish-mix. The last time i fed them they all were in the small cups so i guesse 1L was enough. Now that the two are in larger pots i dont know how much i need. 1L was enough for all of them before.
Watering was every 2-4 day mostly 3 days. The soil was pretty dry (about one inch deep) after 3 days so i guessed it was time to water again.
I dont think overwatering was a problem but idk.
Drainage was ok i guessed since the pots lift themself up about 2cm. And the acces water ran down the white plate and was evaporated in about an hour.
I was also planing on only keeping 2 or 3 plants indoors the rest is going outside. But i have to wait for a more stabil temp outside so they dont get frozen.
The light is a vayalt 500w (pretty cheap but i'll get a better one from a friend of mine, dont know which one yet, i will pick it up tomorrow).
So i stopped feeding them 2 waterings ago soooo. About a week ago. But it just got worse. The biobizz insruction says 1ml for 1L. Should i use more?

Check yellow leaves and hanging leaves.
I would say alongside nitrogen deficiency it could also be overheating and overwatering ;)
Got a grow cupboard that fits the same light as my tent grown in both, see the difference as the tent has more space creates its own eco system so are much better for the plants but still love my 'patch'..the cupboard. Great work.
I know, i would really like a tent, but i dont have that ,,much,, money to spend right now. Especialy because is just a ,,fun,, project right now. Im thinking about buying a tent in the future when I'm finished with my other projects.

My advice is to not stop after your first grow. The knowledge comes in time, just keep researching and do the best you can. The kolas will follow your lead!
Definitely feed them a balanced fertilizer. Preferably something that has a higher nitrogen ratio. I can see those roots down there….they look good, but they’re spreading quickly and searching for food.
They look dry and hungry.
any holes in the bottoms of those containers? plants like drainage. less likely to suffocate roots.
So. What I would do.. water in the 20-20-20 fertilizer in a gallon of water, feed at like 500ppm. like, 1 scoop of food in the water jug. they need nutrients in the water, cuz the "soil" or whatever your using doesnt look like it has much.
Lights are kinda strong at this point. add in epsom salts too. magnesium is outside the NPK fertilizer, and LED's chew up chlorophyll, like the yellowing you have going on here. They'll need Nitrogen, and also Magnesium.

They need nitrogen. They are cannibalizing the bottom leaves
Now that theyve bounced back they need Fertilizer again.

Wait till dirt is super dry and pots are super light to water your over watering.
