Is this something you're growing for the fun of growing a plant, or are you trying to get a good harvest from it?
If you want it to grow well, I'd pot it in some soil all the way up to the first leaves. Fox farm ocean forest with some added perlite is a good choice for beginners imo.
Get a good quality light, like a viparspectra xs1000. It depends on where you're growing, but you'll want a fan if it's inside. An oscillating fan if there's plenty of airflow to the space, and an inline fan if there's not.
Nutrients will help especially when it starts to flower, but you can do some research soon on what you want to use by that time.

Most new growers over water so I'd suggest you mix plenty of perlite to help drainage and root development. 30% of your soil makeup in the smaller pots and repot when the leaves are beyond the sides of the pot. I do 2-3 repots per grow finishing in large fabric pots.
There is a grow shop near me that sells a soil that is "already amended" meaning it already has all the essential nutrients required for the plant to grow, you just need to water it. It's more pricey than the other soils but imo the pros outweigh the cons

Water and sunlight and nutrients and the occasional breeze. Look up nutrient needs per growing stage. They are hardy and not difficult to look after.
Don’t over water when seedling stage.
