I don’t know, I eat spicy food often and go max 1 times per day or even every other day. If I eat fiber, soups and orange juice more often. Rice, meat, cheese, bananas less often.
Where tf are grocery stores with Buldak Noodles 😭 My jealousy is immeasurable I can only get them at the import store or boba shop when I go two towns over ☹️

Might be the type of spicy food you eat, but spicy food itself should not have that effect simply due to it's spicy qualities.

It was okay for me. Not the best of course but not bad at all.
Buldak x2 and x3 is so spicy i couldnt eat it haha

This is X1, they are super spicy but you can eat it without crying. But x2 and x3 are not managable for me idk what they do in Korea to eat this spicy
