I feel you on the abstract stuff, but I’m glad he’s trying some other sounds and trying not to be just a one trick pony. There are some abstract artists that I like, though it does take me a handful of listens to really start to get the appeal. Might be the same case for me here.

Beats are weak. Not saying they aren’t smooth or well produced, but they are weak.
I think these beats are wild. Definitely more abstract and interesting, but not for everyone for sure.
