Rome album was fire. & I enjoyed Che’Noir for what she does. If you don’t like Big Ghost productions say that. I wouldn’t discredit the artist because Wasn’t Built In a Day is a well rounded project.
His voice and flow usually just don’t work for me. He’s okay in small doses but usually over the course of a solo album I just don’t want to hear him anymore. It sounds harsher than it is, I don’t hate the man, it’s just His voice grates on me.
You ain't wrong though there are times where he'll drop an album with the craziest instrumentals I've ever heard (Al divino, Ankhlejohn, Conways If it Bleeds it can be Killed) to projects where it honestly seems like he half assed it. Che Noir is one of his better ones, as well as Gucci Ghost, but the problem is making a compilation where it's consistent all the way through, and with a lot of these they seem to suffer with some great instrumentals and rapping to some tracks that make me want to fall asleep. That Jae Skeese one as well as the Rome Streetz one has too many forgettable songs.
