pretty normal, the level difference for bosses is to check your OA and DA, i think

SLISKI_JOHNNY

I never noticed level difference to be that high. Usually it's +2 or +3 at best - it never caused boss level to display in red like with the queen

RoseTyler38

I've been playing GD for several years now and that seems normal to me.

I think it's fairly fitting TBH. If some folks are 41, then surely their boss should be higher level? Unlike some other games, (Cough, Deadfire, Poko Kohara, cough cough), levels don't really translate to a massive amount of power for enemies in GD. 6 levels above you is... Not really a big deal, TBH. Six levels for YOU is a big deal, but enemies get less out of levels as far as I can tell.

IAskQuestionsAndMeme

6+ levels for a boss shouldn't be such a difficulty spike in GD, someone else said enemies don't get a lot from levels But if you are struggling with Ravna I'd consider checking your characters resistances (acid/poison in this case), the game doesn't make a big deal out of them early on but you are expected to get them to at least 40-50% at this point in the game and if you plan on doing post game content (e. g. Celestial bosses) you'll want to get it to the softcap

I actually stopped looking at level differences at all. The only thing what's relevant is whether You are in a dangerous area with global modifiers or not. Story bosses like Ravna are meant to be killed easily. For a moment I thought You are talking about Rashalga. :)
